REDI Site Development FormSiteOhio Authenticated Sites
Launched in 2017, JobsOhio developed a new way for growing companies to find their perfect site in Ohio. As a site authentication program, SiteOhio goes beyond the usual site-certification process, putting properties through a comprehensive review and analysis. The SiteOhio seal indicates a site is ready for immediate development on day one, guaranteeing that all utilities are on site with adequate capacities and that due diligence studies have been completed. The SiteOhio seal also ensures that the site is free from incompatible uses, with no limitations or insurance liability based on surrounding property.

Ohio Site Inventory Program
The primary goal of the Ohio Site Inventory Program (OSIP) is to fill gaps in Ohio’s real estate inventory with real estate targeting near-term sector wins to ensure our state is more competitive for reactive site selection projects. The OSIP offers grants and low-interest loans to support speculative site and building development projects with no identified end user.
