REDI Cincinnati’s 2023 Annual Report

Nighttime Cincinnati Skyline with Purple Sky and City Lights

REDI Cincinnati closed out its first decade supporting job growth and capital investment in the Cincinnati region in 2023.

In collaboration with our partners across the 15-county, three-state region, commitments for growth exceeded 3,400 new jobs and over $1.1B in capital investment were secured. Worldpay announced a return to Cincinnati, reestablishing its global world headquarters here and adding 500 new jobs with $56M in new payroll. Resilience, Safran Landing Systems Kentucky, Trew, Ditsch USA and McFeely’s were also among the numerous companies to make meaningful commitments to the region.

The region secured two other significant wins–retaining the Cincinnati Open (formerly named the Western & Southern Open) for at least the next 25 years in Mason, Ohio, and Black Tech Week leadership announcing the premier event would continue calling Cincinnati home.

At REDI Cincinnati, we continued to power regional growth by executing on our five-year strategic plan, capitalizing on opportunities to bolster the region through our five strategic pillars: Booming Business, Global Brand, Sites & Infrastructure, Talent Hub and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

The Cincinnati region is Powering Growth.
