REDI Cincinnati Powers Three Women-Owned Businesses Through JobsOhio Small Business Grant Adding Jobs and Payroll
CINCINNATI – October 4, 2023 – REDI Cincinnati announces three businesses that have committed to growth through JobsOhio Small Business Grant (formerly known as Jobs Ohio Inclusion Grant). The program supports businesses that are either serving distressed communities or have ownership from underrepresented populations, such as minorities, women, veterans and people with disabilities.
“JobsOhio Small Business Grantprovides financial support to businesses on a smaller scale, driving the ecosystem of communities across Southwest Ohio,” Kevin Donnelly, vice president of project management for REDI Cincinnati. “We have several programs to attract capital, create jobs and grow talent for the entire region, and these women-owned businesses are making a direct impact.”
Below is the list of three companies receiving JobsOhio Small Business Grants:
- Hosanna Revival (Lockland) – A women-owned publisher of premium custom-designed Bibles, journals, devotionals and other scripture-based content.
- ConexTalk (Harrison) – A woman-owned business that partners with international ship lines to sell, lease and store shipping containers. From a dedicated depot, the company is now expanding locally, incorporating manufacturing of innovative container-based buildings into its operations.
- Reserve Squad (Cincinnati) – A woman-owned company that helps top employers redefine their workforce by enabling talented individuals who are temporarily on career pause or seeking more flexible options find work that suits their personal and professional lifestyle. Reserve Squad supports the company by managing an internal pool of freelance talent who can fill project-based assignments and support their various business needs.
