National insurance firm plans West Chester expansion
CINCINNATI – March 27, 2023 – JobsOhio and REDI Cincinnati announce that Berkley Aspire, a Berkley company, has plans to expand in the Cincinnati region over the next three years. With support from the State of Ohio, JobsOhio and REDI Cincinnati, Berkley Aspire will more than double its employment in West Chester Township. Accompanying the job growth is a significant capital investment commitment to expand the footprint at its West Chester office.

Berkley Aspire specializes in excess and surplus (E&S) lines insurance, providing innovative business services for independent agents and clients. Excess & Surplus lines insurance provides insurance for risks not traditionally covered by standard markets.
As part of Berkley Aspire’s growth, the business will add nearly 11,000 square feet of office space to its operations in West Chester. New employment opportunities will be available in positions such as tax support specialists, underwriting managers, underwriters in a variety of specialties and more.
