REDI Cincinnati Announces JobsOhio Small Business Grant Recipients
CINCINNATI — REDI Cincinnati, in coordination with JobsOhio, announces four local companies receiving JobsOhio Small Business Grants to expand their businesses in the Cincinnati region. Since its inception, the program has successfully supported the growth of 99 local companies across the five counties of southwest Ohio, including Hamilton, Clermont, Butler, Warren and Brown.

As the growth engine of economic development, they drive innovation, create jobs and strengthen our communities,” said Cierra Clymer, senior director of business development at REDI Cincinnati. “Through our partnership with JobsOhio, we’re helping entrepreneurs and growing companies make strategic investments that position them for long-term success while strengthening the Cincinnati region’s economy.”
Below is the list of companies receiving small business grants to date in 2026:
- Milou Productions (Cincinnati) – Custom commercial seating manufacturer serving stadium, hospitality, higher education and corporate markets. The company is renovating its facilities and investing in new equipment to expand production capacity and support continued growth.
- Urbana Café (Cincinnati) – A specialty coffee roaster dedicated to sourcing, roasting and brewing exiting coffees for cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, hotels and conventions centers. Urbana focuses on quality, sustainability and building community. The company needs additional equipment and space to expand its roasting operations and keep up with higher demands in a sustainable way.
- G90 Engineering (Mason) – Engineering firm specializing in advanced fabrication, manufacturing process development and custom production solutions. Supporting the defense and aerospace industries, the company continues to expand.
- Rooted Grounds Coffee Company (Mason) – Full service, vertically integrated, coffee roasting and service company, providing craft coffee to commercial settings distributed to over 30 states. The company is investing in new packaging and production equipment to further scale the business.
REDI Cincinnati has closed 99 small business grant projects since the program’s inception, resulting in 589 new jobs, $34.8 million in new payroll and $18.5 million in capital investment.
