AMEND Consulting nearly doubles its workforce
- 80 new jobs
- Renovating 20,000 square feet at its new location
CINCINNATI – AMEND Consulting, a homegrown, Cincinnati-based management and operations consulting firm, is expanding its local presence by adding 80 new jobs and renovating 20,000 square feet at its new location, 312 Plum Street in downtown Cincinnati. This expansion will nearly triple the size of the firm’s current space.
Founded in 2005, AMEND has grown into a 12-person partner group employing more than 100 people across the Cincinnati region. The expansion will support the company’s continued growth as it helps businesses address complex operational, technology and growth challenges.
AMEND partners mostly with privately owned, upper mid-market and larger enterprise accounts – shaping strategy and leading execution through delivery, adoption, and stabilization so change works in the real world and results stick. Process-first and data-led, AMEND applies modern technology where it measurably improves performance. AMEND’s focus is on applied technology, operational modernization, continuous improvement, and organizational transformation.
“AMEND sees itself as a cornerstone to the economic vibrancy of our city. We made this move to solidify our physical space inside of the city and lead innovation and growth regionally,” said president Paul Delaney.
“Staying competitive today requires more than just adopting new technology; it demands the expertise to leverage it effectively,” said Kevin Donnelly, vice president of project management at REDI Cincinnati. “AMEND Consulting’s expansion empowers more businesses to transform complex operational and technological challenges into opportunities for growth.”
“Downtown’s future depends on companies that see its potential and choose to invest in it. AMEND’s decision to grow downtown brings new jobs, talented people, and economic activity into the heart of our city. This is exactly the kind of growth we want to encourage, and we’re doing it in a way that delivers a strong return for Cincinnati taxpayers,” said Brandon Rudd, deputy director, Office of Strategic Growth, City of Cincinnati.
“AMEND has evolved from a homegrown Cincinnati firm into a partner that companies rely on to modernize how they operate, while also developing talent for the region’s growing workforce,” said JobsOhio President and CEO J.P. Nauseef. “Demand for operational and technology expertise is accelerating, and these 80 new jobs in downtown Cincinnati show Ohio is a place where companies in that space can invest, compete and succeed.”
As part of its broader investment in people and growth, AMEND also operates a talent development program for interns, co-ops, and recent graduates, offering hands-on experience across multiple consulting disciplines drawing top students from colleges and universities in the Cincinnati region and nationwide.
The 80 new positions will expand opportunities in areas including consulting, technology, analytics, finance, operations, sales and other professional services.
