Consultant Connect names Kevin Donnelly to North America’s Top-50 Economic Developers List

CINCINNATI – May 1, 2025 – Consultant Connect recognizes Kevin Donnelly as part of its 2025 North America’s Top-50 Economic Developers list. Donnelly, who has dedicated more than a decade to economic development in the Cincinnati region, currently serves as the vice president of project management for REDI Cincinnati.

Donnelly has been a key contributor to REDI Cincinnati’s impact, playing a vital role in helping it earn consistent recognition as a top-10 economic development group nationally. In addition, he has worked with more than 100 companies to commit to over 14,000 new jobs in this region since 2016.

“I love this region, and I’m passionate about the work I do every day to help companies find the right solutions to locate or grow here,” said Donnelly. “This recognition is the reflection of the incredible community I serve, and the collaborative spirit that drives economic growth throughout our region.”

Donnelly has demonstrated a consistent track record of high performance and rapid growth throughout his career. He has been a key member of teams that worked to secure expansions from companies like Medpace, Cintas, and, most recently, Givaudan. Additionally, he helped attract projects, including Trew Manufacturing, which has announced three expansions within five years. Donnelly is widely recognized as an economic development expert and is frequently invited to speak on panels, lead forums and share his insights at industry conferences across the country.

Lauterbach is also a 2x recipient of this prestigious award in 2017 and 2021. Andrea Enders, vice president of business development for REDI Cincinnati, received the honor in 2024. Over the past eight years, REDI Cincinnati has received seven honors from Consultant Connect’s Top-50 Economic Developers list.
