Advanced Interior Solutions expands in Springboro, Ohio

SPRINGBORO, Ohio — Advanced Interior Solutions, Inc. (AISI), a manufacturer of thermoformed products and complex assemblies, today announced a major expansion of its Springboro operations. The project will create 45 new jobs, add $2.2 million in new payroll, and retain 61 existing positions, representing an ongoing payroll investment of $3.1 million in Warren County.

The expansion reflects growing demand for AISI’s products and expertise across the automotive, aerospace, and commercial flooring industries. New positions will include assembly team members, production supervisors, and manufacturing and quality engineers.

Founded in 2004, AISI and its partner company, Advanced Engineering Solutions, Inc. (AESI)—also headquartered in Springboro—deliver advanced tooling and equipment, engineering expertise, and manufacturing services to a diverse, global customer base. AESI’s satellite offices in Vietnam extend the company’s international reach and strengthen support for customers across multiple markets.

“The Advanced family of companies and the Do Family are proud to again partner with the City of Springboro, Warren County and the State of Ohio for our next chapter of growth.  We have chosen to make Springboro our home base because it is a great community to live and work in and because of their continued support for local business,” said Daklak Do, president and CEO, Advanced Engineering Solutions, Inc. and Advanced Interior Solutions, Inc. “This project is not possible without the hard work of so many people, but especially our employees that dedicate all they have to the quality and delivery of the best products in our industry.  Without their commitment to success in all they do, we would not be able to take this risk; but we do so with all the confidence now that we will not fail.”

“Investing in infrastructure is key to helping communities grow and thrive,” said Lydia Mihalik, director of the Department of Development. “Through our Roadwork Development Grant, we are supporting Advanced Interior Solutions’ expansion in Ohio, as well as benefiting Warren County for years to come.”

“This expansion by AISI underscores the desirability of doing business in the City of Springboro and Warren County. Further, this project showcases the importance of local, regional, and state partners all working collaboratively to foster growth opportunities,” said Matt Schnipke, director of development for Warren County. “The County is grateful for this investment of new capital and the associated job creation for residents.”

“Advanced Interior Solutions’ ongoing commitment to Springboro creates measurable growth and impact, including meaningful opportunities for our workforce,” said Kevin Donnelly, vice president of project management at REDI Cincinnati. “Their decision to deepen their presence here strengthens our region’s competitive position and reflects the strong partnerships that make this community a great place to grow.”

The company’s growth also reflects the extraordinary personal journey of CEO Daklak Do, who arrived in the United States with very little and built a successful business through perseverance, vision, and hard work. His story embodies the American dream, transforming challenges into opportunities and establishing companies that today serve manufacturers around the world.
