CINCINNATI, OHIO – DECEMBER 6, 2021 – Stridas, a logistics solutions provider, has announced that the Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved a Job Creation Tax Credit to support the growth at Stridas. As a result, the company plans to add at least 40 new jobs in Anderson Township.

The feedback from the market is clear.  Stridas is a leader in creating value for its customers. “We need to add many more talented team members to support the demand for our unique approach to transportation,” said Stridas CEO Chris Painter. “The savings from this tax credit will be 100% invested in expanding and developing our team. We are committed to the Cincinnati region as a great place to grow.”

“Many in the market believe that double-digit increases in freight costs are inevitable. We disagree. We work with our customers to deliver an adaptive transportation strategy that avoids unnecessary cost, reduces service disruption, and breaks free from the cost trajectory of the overall market,” said Painter. “Stridas focuses on helping customers achieve end-to-end network optimization, execution excellence, real-time visibility, and actionable business intelligence within their transportation networks.”

According to Painter, visibility and business intelligence are at the core of effective strategy. What you see and understand can dramatically influence what you do and the results you achieve. The Stridas team believes it’s essential to understand and improve the entire “system” to drive maximum results. Systems thinking must involve a combination of People, Process, and Technology.

“Nearly 40% of small businesses are reporting delays by domestic suppliers and the number continues to grow. With so many companies experiencing business disruptions, inventory shortages, and mounting transportation costs, supply chain management is now an everyday topic of conversation,” said Kimm Lauterbach, REDI Cincinnati president and CEO. “We are pleased to support the growth of leading-edge companies like Stridas to help tackle these logistics challenges. We’re thankful for our partnership with JobsOhio and the Ohio Department of Development that helped make this project possible.”
