FCH, Inc. Announces Major West Chester Expansion, Strengthening its position as the Industry Leader in Sanitary Flow Solutions
WEST CHESTER, Ohio – FCH, Inc. today announced plans to establish a new operations facility in West Chester, Ohio — a strategic expansion that will create 230 jobs and generate approximately $13.4 million in annual payroll.
The investment marks another decisive step in FCH’s sustained growth strategy in Ohio. The company recently expanded its corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, reinforcing the region as the center of its leadership, innovation, and long-term value creation. With the addition of the West Chester facility, FCH continues to scale its operational footprint while deepening its roots in the state.
The new facility will provide precision stainless-steel components, hoses, and custom assemblies engineered for high-performance liquid cooling in the growing data center market.
FCH employs approximately 500 people today and continues to grow in response to accelerating demand across data center, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Its precision-engineered sanitary flow components are designed to meet the most rigorous regulatory and performance standards — serving customers who operate in environments where purity, safety, and uptime are mission-critical.
“This expansion reflects both confidence and momentum,” said Scott Kerns, CEO of FCH, Inc. “We are investing where we see long-term opportunity — in talent, in infrastructure, and in the industries that depend on precision and performance. Ohio has been central to our growth story, and we are proud to continue building here.”
“The expansion of FCH strengthens our community’s leading reputation as an advanced manufacturing hub for innovation and excellence,” said Kimm Lauterbach, president and CEO, REDI Cincinnati. “Their presence not only brings decades of specialized expertise and proven leadership but also contributes to the growth of our nearly $30 billion advanced manufacturing ecosystem, leveraging a highly skilled workforce, supporting the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and creating new opportunities.”
“FCH’s continued investment in West Chester underscores the strength of our workforce and the competitiveness of our region,” said Michelle Cone, Economic Development Manager for West Chester Township. “We are proud to support companies that are scaling operations and creating high-quality jobs in our community.”
“FCH’s decision to expand in West Chester will substantially grow the company’s North American workforce, delivering a powerful investment to Butler County,” said JobsOhio President and CEO J.P. Nauseef. “The company’s precision-engineered products serve some of the most in-demand industries in the country, and Ohio’s skilled workforce and business-friendly environment make this the ideal destination for this cutting-edge facility.”
As FCH continues to expand its capabilities and geographic footprint, its mission remains constant: Bringing Flow to Life — delivering the engineered solutions that power some of North America’s most essential production environments.
