REDI Cincinnati’s 2025 Annual Report Highlights Regional Growth and Momentum
REDI Cincinnati is proud to share the results of another impactful year supporting business growth across the Cincinnati region. In 2025, our team and partners continued to strengthen the region’s competitive position, attract investment and support companies expanding across Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana.
2025 by the Numbers
In 2025, REDI Cincinnati helped drive significant economic activity across the region, including:
- 51 project wins
- 4,234 new jobs created
- $819.7 million in capital investment
- $269.3 million in new payroll
- 485 business retention and expansion visits
- 7 foreign direct investment (FDI) wins
Across Southwest Ohio specifically, REDI supported 34 project wins, helping generate 2,280 new jobs, $155.5 million in new payroll, and $357.5 million in capital investment, while also supporting 2,833 retained jobs.
Building Momentum Through Strategy and Collaboration
2025 marked the first year of REDI Cincinnati’s new three-year strategic plan focused on strengthening regional collaboration, enhancing global brand awareness and accelerating business attraction.
During the year, the organization expanded its national and international marketing efforts, generating nearly eight million digital impressions and more than 41,500 website sessions, helping increase awareness of the Cincinnati region as a destination for investment.
REDI also strengthened regional alignment through the launch of new leadership entities, including the Business Development Committee and the Economic Competitiveness & Inclusion Committee, bringing together partners across the tri-state to drive long-term economic growth.
A Region That Continues to Compete Globally
The Cincinnati region’s growing reputation was reflected in several national recognitions in 2025. The region earned a Top 10 Metro ranking for corporate facility investment for the 22nd consecutive year, and Cincinnati ranked #5 in the U.S. for foreign direct investment in the Financial Times–Nikkei U.S. Cities Index.
As REDI Cincinnati continues executing its strategic plan, the organization remains focused on converting increased awareness into projects, investment and high-quality jobs across the region.
