REDI Cincinnati announces Kaiker Development & Construction receives JobsOhio Small Business Grant
CINCINNATI – July 24, 2023 – REDI Cincinnati, in coordination with JobsOhio, supported Kaiker Development & Construction with JobsOhio Small Business Grant. Kaiker will create three new jobs with an associated payroll of $235,000 as part of its growth.

This aligns with Kaiker’s own vision to build the future through its development and construction services, which further improves our regional ecosystem.”
Kaiker Development & Construction (Cincinnati) provides development, construction management and general contracting services for projects encompassing urban redevelopment of commercial, mixed-use, office, high-volume residential and multi-family establishments.
JobsOhio Small Business Grant supports businesses that are either serving distressed communities or have ownership from underrepresented populations, such as minorities, women, veterans and people with disabilities.
REDI Cincinnati has closed 54 JobsOhio Small Business Grant projects since the program’s inception, resulting in 403 new jobs, $21.6 million in new payroll and $8.4 million in capital investment.
