REDI Cincinnati Announces JobsOhio Small Business Grant Recipients
 
        CINCINNATI – REDI Cincinnati, in collaboration with JobsOhio, is proud to announce three southwest Ohio companies that have received a JobsOhio Small Business Grant during the third quarter. These grants will support job creation and capital investment across the Cincinnati region and are awarded to projects aligned with one of JobsOhio’s 10 priority industries.
“Every thriving community begins with a bold idea and the determination of small business owners who bring it to life,” said Cierra Clymer, senior director of business development at REDI Cincinnati. “These entrepreneurs fuel innovation, create jobs, and strengthen the fabric of our neighborhoods, and REDI is proud to partner with them to continue to grow.”
Below are the three companies receiving JobsOhio Small Business Grants in the third quarter of 2025:
- Queen City Steel Treating is a woman-owned company that has been in operation for 103 years, specializing in steel treatment services for a diverse range of industries. With a strong foundation in automotive and industrial markets, its customer base also extends across heavy truck, mining, oil and gas, domestic and commercial appliances, military, agriculture and construction sectors.
- Triple A Pro Services provides septic and wastewater services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers across southwest Ohio and Dayton, including routine maintenance, inspections, and pumping, as well as complex system repairs.
- Urban Artifact, an independent craft brewery founded in 2015, produces its own distinct sour and fruit-forward beers, while also providing contract manufacturing and distribution services to beverage brands and retailers across the U.S. The brewery has earned national recognition for its innovation and quality, winning multiple gold medals at the U.S. Open Beer Championship and having one of its flagship flavors ranked among the top 50 beers in the world in 2023 and 2024.
REDI Cincinnati has closed 91 small business grant projects in southwest Ohio since the program’s inception, resulting in 550 new jobs, $32 million in new payroll and $15 million in capital investment.
