REDI Cincinnati Announces JobsOhio Small Business Grant Recipients

CINCINNATI – July 31, 2025 – REDI Cincinnati, in collaboration with JobsOhio, is proud to announce that five southwest Ohio companies have received a JobsOhio Small Business Grant during the first half of 2025. These grants will support job creation and capital investment across the Cincinnati region and are awarded to projects aligned with one of JobsOhio’s 10 priority industries.

“Small businesses start as ideas that grow and become the heart of our communities, creating local jobs and reinvesting in neighborhoods,” said Cierra Clymer, senior director of business development at REDI Cincinnati. “We’re proud to support small businesses through these grants–their hard work and innovation are important drivers of economic growth.”

Below is the list of five companies receiving JobsOhio Small Business Grants in the first half of 2025:

  • Interscope Manufacturing, a minority-owned company based in Middletown, specializes in manufacturing services and solutions, including machining, assembly, reconfiguration of equipment, purchasing and selling new and used industrial parts, warehousing, and third-party logistics.
  • Churchill’s Fine Teas is a woman-owned specialty tea company opening a new location in Madisonville. The company sources, packages, and distributes loose-leaf teas to B2B clients. The newly purchased building will serve as its headquarters and wholesale hub, in addition to its current location at Findlay Market.
  • Ellequate is a woman-owned HR tech company based at Union Hall in Over-the-Rhine. Its advanced analytics platform helps employers attract and retain top talent by transforming employee experience data into competitive, future-ready policies, practices, and benefits.
  • Cincinnati Custom Signs, based in Forest Park, is a full-service custom sign design and production company, offering consulting, site surveying, permitting, production, installation and project management services.
  • Queen City Farms, a woman-owned vertical farm located in Clermont County, grows and provides microgreens, microherbs and edible flowers to restaurants and retailers.

REDI Cincinnati has closed 87 small business grant projects in southwest Ohio since the program’s inception, resulting in 537 new jobs, $32 million in new payroll and $14 million in capital investment.
