JobsOhio Workforce and Economic Development grants - Available grants will be distributed based on a number of project factors, including but not limited to job creation, additional payroll, fixed-asset investment commitment, project return on investment and project location.
Kentucky Innovation Network - Formerly known as ezone, the Network has been serving Northern Kentucky businesses and startups since 2001. The organization accelerates, mentors and helps earn exposure for startups, emerging and existing entrepreneurs.
Ohio 166 regional and direct loans
- Eligible businesses can obtain loans for land and building acquisition, construction, expansion or renovation, and equipment purchases. The program provides low-interest loans for up to 40 percent of costs, not to exceed $1.5 million.
Ohio Enterprise Bond Fund
- Revenue bond financing is available through an S&P-rated fund, whereby proceeds from bond sales are loaned to companies for fixed-rate, long-term capital asset financing.
Ohio Innovation loan fund - Acquisition, construction and related capital costs of technology, facilities and equipment purchase can fall under this loan fund.
Ohio Minority Business Direct Loan program - Fixed, low-interest rates are offered to certified minority businesses that are locating or expanding in Ohio and demonstrate the ability to create new jobs.
Ohio Research and Development Investment loan fund - Loan financing between $500,000 and $5 million is available for projects primarily engaging in research and development activity.
Ohio Roadwork Development (629) - Funds are available for public roadway improvements, including engineering and design costs, as well as for projects primarily involving manufacturing, research and development, high technology, corporate headquarters, and distribution activity.
Ohio Third Frontier - Funding is available to Ohio technology-based companies, universities, nonprofit research institutions and other organizations to create new technology-based products, companies, industries and jobs.

Ohio Job Creation Tax Credit - A refundable tax credit is offered to companies creating at least 10 new jobs (within three years), with a minimum annual payroll of $660,000 that pay at least 150 percent of the federal minimum wage.
Ohio Tax Credit Authority - A refundable tax credit is provided against a company's insurance premiums tax, commercial activities tax or individual Ohio personal income tax obligations.
